With an impressive depth of 3-metres, the APEX transforms your pitch into a true outdoor living space.

Telta have created this beauty using their exclusive SolTex fabric which is a breathable acrylic material with long-term durability, superior waterproofing and breathable comfort designed to reduce condensation.

Both side panels have integrated mesh panels, promoting airflow whilst keeping insects out – perfect for those warm days and longer stays.

What’s SolTex Fabric?

• SolTex Fabrics are built for awnings pitched long-term, up to 9 months in season between February and October
• The coated roof resists water, UV, mildew and stains keeping it cleaner for longer providing All-Weather Roof Protection
• The front and side panels are made from Breathable Acrylic to reduce condensation and mould
• Water-reactive thread Seam-Technology, swells when wet, sealing seams naturally

What’s a Residential Awning? 

Telta Residential Awnings are designed for continuous use throughout the year, except in heavy snow conditions with a roof load over 200 n/m2*. They are built to withstand harsh weather and handle condensation, which is common outside of summer.

Made using Telta’s exclusive SolTex fabric, combining a coated roof for superior waterproofing and protection against UV rays, mildew, and bird droppings with breathable acrylic walls to reduce condensation.

A durable PVC mudskirt helps keep the awning clean and protected at ground level.
